For my own research, I derived planetary products including topography by photogrammetry from optical and RADAR images, image correlation for change detection and image processing for quantitative analysis of planetary surfaces.
Digital Elevation Models (DEM) including:
Mars: CTX, HiRISE, HRSC DEM
Moon: LROC, Apollo
Icy satellites (Io, Enceladus, Iapetus, Helene): SSI and ISS
Titan: Cassini RADAR
Earth: Digital View
Enhanced Cassini Data: denoised version of the RADAR called NLDSAR using Deledalle's algorithm from Telecom, Paris (see example on the right by moving the vertical bar with the cursor) - VIMS data are also considered as well as SAR images on Venus from Magellan.

Several scripts and small codes that I wrote and use for planetary data as well as statistical analysis will be available for download here very soon. These include shell scripts, Python, Perl, Matlab and IDL codes.
QGIS is amazingly well adapted for planetary data as it uses GDAL. Here is an example of the north pole region of Titan where large seas are observed by the Cassini RADAR, the visible camera ISS as well as the hyperspectral spectrometer VIMS as shown above.
