The Caltech Planetary Science
Option is dedicated to high level research and teaching in terrestrial
and extraterrestrial topics. The faculty members
and graduate students in this option make
use of a wide variety of facilities
to accomplish these goals, including the Keck and Palomar
observatories, large reservoirs of computing power at Caltech
and JPL, and several state of the art newly
equipped local laboratories.
