Taking it all in at Meteor Crater, Arizona

Students on a planetary science field trip gather at Meteor Crater, Arizona. In May 2002, professors Mark Richardson and Mike Brown led a field trip to Meteor Crater, the San Franscisco Peaks volcanic field, and the Grand Canyon, to observe Earth analogues of important solar system processes. 46 students enrolled in Ge11c and Ge103c participated.
