Cal-Atlas Geospatial Clearinghouse - The Cal-Atlas site facilitates the coordinated and sustainable development, maintenance, licensing and sharing of geospatial data and web map services by California government agencies, partners and stakeholders.

CIMSS GOES Sounder and Imager Page (weather) – GOES sounder products help define parameters for cloud conditions, atmospheric motion and mass, and surface properties.

NASA's Earth Observing System - The Earth Observing System (EOS) is a coordinated series of polar-orbiting and low inclination satellites for long-term global observations of the land surface, biosphere, solid Earth, atmosphere, and oceans.

NOAA's Bathymetry & Global Relief - scientific stewardship, products, and services for ocean depth data and derived digital elevation models.

NOAA Satellite and Information Service National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS) - NESDIS provides timely access to global environmental data from satellites and other sources to promote, protect, & enhance the Nation's economy, security, environment, & quality of life.

The Center for Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) - is a data management, systems development, and research field center for the U.S. Geological Survey's (USGS) Geography Discipline.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) - NGA develops imagery and map-based intelligence solutions for U.S. national defense, homeland security and safety of navigation.

The Geography Network - Through the Geography Network, you can access many types of geographic content including dynamic maps, downloadable data, and more advanced Web services (RETIRED).

United States Geological Survey (USGS) – provides for purchase index/mapping photography, survey photography, space photography,m digital orthophoto quadrangles, as well as NAPP, NHAP, and various multispectal aircraft scanners.

USGS Seamless Data Website - The Seamless Data Warehouse is the ideal location to explore and retrieve data. U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) are committed to providing access to geospatial data through The National Map. An approach is to provide free downloads of national base layers, as well as other geospatial data layers.

U.S.G.S. Planetary GIS Web Server - PIGWAD - NASA’s Planetary Geology and Geophysics Program, under the auspices of the Planetary Cartography and Geologic Mapping Working Group (PCGMWG), has chosen to support a planetary, Web-based GIS and planetary GIS support site that the entire science community may utilize.

SPOT Image – offers products derived from its SPOT satellite series images – provides a subscription-based tool to satisfy a view variety of mapping needs from environemental changes to mapping.
